Things I Have Learned From the Justice System

I want to start blogging about how unfair our justice system is. To start things off, things I have learned...

* Judge’s can act whatever way they want and get away with it. They can be bias, unjust and not objective, and no one seems to care.

* Police officers can lie and have no consequences. They can also intentionally violate constitutional rights and have no consequences.

* Verbal arguments constitute domestic violence and no contact orders.

* Punching holes in your wall is illegal.

* Judge’s can sentence you over a thought that was never stated. They take it upon themselves to be

* Probation officers pass the buck back to the judge.

* The judge passes the buck to the probation officer.

* Victims advocates work for the prosecutor, not the alleged victim.

* Even if there is no victim, nothing has been proven, the court will still punish the “offender” for domestic violence without a victim and without an actual domestic violence charge.

* Attorney’s are of no help. They are playing the game.

* Being a medical marijuana patient and needing the natural medicine is a probation violation. If you were a cancer patient, would the judge take away your medicine as well?

There are many more things I have learned. Our system is not fair and it will continue to be unfair until we make changes. The people who work in our justice system are not fair and they are allowed to do basically whatever they want without regards to families or people. They only want what is best for their career while ruining people’s lives.
